Are my custom shoes wearable?
Yes! All custom shoes are meant to be WORN. All shoes are prepped, painted and sealed for wear. Custom shoes are not meant for intense activities such as running, biking, hiking etc.
Do I have to send you a pair of shoes?
Nope! I order all shoes on my end to ensure the quickest turn around time. The cost of the shoes is included in the price.
Returns? Exchanges?
No returns or exchanges.

What are MTO shoes?
Unlike a custom request, MTOs are shoes that already have ready-to-order designs. Select a design you love and check out, adding your shoe size. Once the order is placed, I start painting your chosen design on your specific shoes.
What is the process?
Select the design you love.
Check out per usual.
Answer the shoe size prompt to ensure they are a perfect fit!
Once order is placed, I start prepping and painting your shoes.
Once sealed for wear, your shoes ship out to you!
How long will it take for my design to get shipped?
The average order completion time (before shipping) is 3-6 weeks. All shoes are hand-painted and sealed, made to wear.

When do I pay for my order?
All payments need to be completed before I start working on your customs. I order your shoes in your specific size so this ensures that time, effort, and resources are not being wasted. There is a payment plan option, so please let me know below if you would like to use it :)
How long will it take for my design to get shipped?
I select 5 order requests at a time. The average order completion time(before shipping) is 3-6 weeks once you approve your design. I will send a mockup of your design in the order it was accepted
Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs can vary dramatically based on location, size/weight of your order, if Mercury is in retrograde, etc. so shipping costs will be calculated and added to the price once your order is selected :)
